ESANDAR – Angka pengeluaran rumah tangga Australia meningkat selama tiga bulan berturut-turut pada bulan Desember karena pengeluaran diskresioner yang lebih tinggi, demikian data menunjukkan pada hari Selasa (04/03/2025), yang menunjukkan konsumsi meningkat setelah periode lesu yang panjang.
ESANDAR – Bank sentral Australia memperkirakan inflasi yang mendasarinya akan turun lebih cepat dari yang diperkirakan sebelumnya karena menurunkan prospek ekonomi, meskipun pasar tenaga kerja yang masih ketat kemungkinan akan menciptakan beberapa tekanan harga yang bertahan lama.
ESANDAR – Dolar AS melemah mendekati level terendah dalam dua bulan pada hari Selasa (18/02/2025). Para pedagang mempertimbangkan kekhawatiran masalah tarif dan proyeksi pemangkasan suku bunga AS. Sementara itu, dolar Australia berhasil bertahan mendekati level tertingginya dalam dua bulan ini, diatas keyakinan pasar pada kemungkinan terjadinya pemangkasan suku bunga.
